Real Estate Fair
Russian largest property exhibition which attracts over 400 exhibitors and some about 30 000 visitors aimed at property acquisition.
It is carried out in St.-Petersburg since 2000. Frequency: twice a year, fall and spring. These seasons reveal the increase in demand for property offers. Actual deals and contracts are arranged here. Companies tend to carry out presentations of the brand-new residential complexes and districts.
It is already 13 years that Real Estate Fair is carried out in St.-Petersburg.

Exhibition’s VISITORS. Mostly they are middle and upper middle class. Some 78 - 92% attend Real Estate Fair with an aim to buy property (according to visitors’ survey made by independent marketing research company Infowave).

Being a well-known brand, today Real Estate Fair incorporates three independent expo-projects :

Urban Real Estate Fair,
Foreign Real Estate Showroom,
Urban Alternative. Cottages and Country house building.
Total exposition area is 11 000 sq.m.

URBAN REAL ESTATE FAIR is on the basis of the Exhibition. It is demanded for already 13 years by city residents and regional visitors. Among participants: construction and development companies, real estate agencies, banks and insurance companies. Over 140 exhibitors.
URBAN ALTERNATIVE – is a flagship exhibition within Real Estate Fair. It is dedicated to the suburban real estate, construction and arrangement of living in the country. Over 160 exhibitors.
FOREIGN REAL ESTATE SHOWROOM. The oldest international real estate exhibition in St. Petersburg. Participating companies are offering services for the sale and lease of real estate abroad. There are exhibitors that provide professional advice on how to buy properly, lease and manage real estate as well. Top destinations: Finland, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Czech Republic and Estonia. Over 50 participating companies.

VENUE
Lenexpo complex is the most known and respected expo-place. It is a sign of quality standard for both exhibitors and visitors. The leading city’s events (exhibitions, conferences, conventions) are carried out here.
Business program is a significant information component of the Real Estate Fair. At the exhibition 60 seminars are held: presentations, consultations, workshops to discuss the most crucial issues of real estate market. One of the sections is named "Property as Income!". This special program, developed by Organizing Committee for companies interested in private investors. The program is a complex of the negotiations center (10-15 work seats) and a hall for thematic workshops. The subjects of the negotiations are various options of profitable investment in new buildings and facilities of the secondary market, residential and commercial properties, finding tenants, profitable programs

EVENT FORMAT
The format of our show is B2C, for the final buyer of real estate. Real Estate Fair helps residents and guests from other cities to find accommodation in the city, in the suburbs or abroad.
Since this is a significant event for the city, at the opening of the exhibition officials often present. Regularly we receive greetings from the Government of St. Petersburg.

REGIONAL PROGRAM
After each show the participants’ offers are "sent" to Russian regions, as experts estimate up to 20% of transactions in the St. Petersburg real estate market made by regional buyers. We reach these audiences due to Real Estate Fair’s regional partnership program: participation in trade fairs, distribution of materials in local associations and realtors guilds, published in the media.
Fair’s participants are aware of the real estate in the regions due to the official edition of the exhibition - "Real Estate Market Guide", which after each event is sent to the cities of Russia and CIS countries for distribution in thematic exhibitions.
