Cultural values claimed to be exported are subject to obligatory expertise^[17]

In case that the declarent does not agree with the conclusions of the expertise the item claimed to be exported has to be submitted for consideration of the Federal expert commission of the Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation or State expert commission of Federal archive service of Russian Federation.
