Petrol stations
In Russia petrol is much cheaper than in the rest of Europe. A disadvantage of Russian petrol stations, on the other hand, is that they do not employ petrol-pump attendants to fill your tank for you. Sometimes, you will find teenagers offering assistance with this task, but it is best to do the job yourself. At western-style petrol stations - which are becoming quite common in St. Petersburg -you will be offered a wide range of services.
