Japanese artist Hiro Yamagata came forward with a proposal to organize a laser show during the days of St. Petersburg’s 300th anniversary celebration.

There are definite plans to organize in our city center unique laser show. With a proposal to present such picturesque spectacle to St. Petersburg citizens came forth one of the world’s most claimed artists of laser and light -- Hiro Yamagata. The Japanese artist recently visited St. Petersburg and stayed satisfied with the look of the city on the Neva.

St. Petersburg Governor Vladimir Yakovlev supported the idea and promised the city’s administration support for the project.
