Due to St. Petersburg’s 300th anniversary the park of passenger electrical trains ChS-6 of the locomotive depot St. Petersburg-passenger-Moscovsky (the Oktyabrskaya trunk-railway) will be totally repainted.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Traffic of the Russian Federation, the renewal will, first of all, concern the outlook of trains. The latter have among them the special “Aurora” train on the route St. Petersburg – Moscow. It has carriages of blue color and electric locomotives of cherry color. The locomotives will be painted in blue at the Oktyabrsky carriage repairs plant.

Besides, in the engine driver car more comfortable chairs, soundproof engines and conditioners will be installed.
