Inflation was higher (2.8%) in January, but lower last year\'s February (only 1%). Tariffs on paid services for the population have grown significantly last month: 4.3%. Prices on food products grew by 2.3%. Prices on non-food products grew by 1.3%. Inflation in Moscow reached 2.1% in February. The figure for St. Petersburg is 1.7%.
