"Otis St. Petersburg" elevator factory will become a fully private enterprise.

The Committee on City Property Management has for a long time been involved in lawsuits to obtain a greater share of the company's stocks. After several trials, only 2% (out of former 35%) of stocks remained property of the city. The City Administration decided to sell them, giving up all participation in the company's affairs. The initial price is 1.4 million rubles.
