The company will use its own and invested finances for this project. The company will rent a land lot 5,770 square metres in area for the duration of 49 years in order to realize this project. The market cost of the future real estate object is estimated at $173,000. The investing company will have to hand $151,000 to the city budget for the development of municipal infrastructure. Design works must be completed within half a year, whereas construction will take a year more.
