In 2001, BAT plans to invest approximately $10 mln in the project, while the remaining investments will be done in 2002. The money will be used to purchase and install a new production line and to increase production space. In year 2000, the Rotmans-Nevo factory produced more than 5 bln cigaretts. In 2001, the goal is to increase production up to 8.1 bln cigarettes.
