Now only the sixth part of this huge building (7300 sq. meters) is given for trade – ground and partly first floor. Upper floors, where earlier publishing houses were based, are not in use now. After the reconstruction the shop will be turned in a big shopping center (9000 sq.meters) with new entrance and elevators.
