After several small streets were turned into walking areas the administration of Saint-Petersburg has announced about its other grand projects. Now local authorities have plans to organize walking area at Bolshoy prospect (PS).

It will help to attract new investors and sponsors to this district and to solve its current problems. According to the head of the construction department Yuri Orlov, now there are 39 kilometers of derelict heating systems, which should be reconstructed. All underground system of the district and a number of buildings should be renovated.
