A number of retail stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg announced their intention to form their own trading chains. This has resulted in the boost of prices on storefront property. Meanwhile, developers are standing in line to get construction contracts on trading centers. Petersburg 'Piatorochka' announced earlier this week about its plans to open the shops in Moscow.
