Kasianov Average salary in Russia is expected to uncrease up to 3,5 thousand rubles next year, Prime minister Mikhail Kassyanov said today at the governmental meeting. Kassyanov underlined that there would be an almost two-fold increase of salary for the budget sector workers since January 1. This will lead to the increase of average salary rate, which, according to Kassyanov, was 2400 rubles last year.
