Third annual Baltic forum of development will be held in St. Petersburg September 23-25.

Its main subjects are environment protection, ecology, power engineering.

The forum will gather high-rank officials, mainly prime ministers. President of Russia Vl. Putin and his plenipotentiary in the North-West Federal District Victor Cherkesov are also invited.

The forum's sponsors are “Rascom” company, North-West GSM, Ford, Fredric Ebert's Fund and other companies.
