The conference is divided in sections, such as: 'Prevention and suppression of monopolistic activity', headed by the RF Deputy Minister for antitrust policy and business' support, A.Tsyganov; 'The control over economic concentration of the commodity and financial markets', headed by RF Deputy Minister for antitrust policy and business' support, A.Kashevarov; 'The state regulating of the natural monopolies' subjects' activity', headed by the RF Deputy Minister for antitrust policy and business' support, A.Golomolzin.

The heads of antitrust bodies from Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, and from the RF subjects take part in the conference.
