“North-West Internet Forum” to open in St. Petersburg November 15.

Forum is organized by the machinery of President's plenipotentiary in North-West federal district and by department of press and public relations of St. Petersburg's administration. It is planned to discuss questions of Internet technologies successful use in different fields of activity, and to determine the level of North-West business circle' interest in Internet.
