The European Committee and the Finland Foreign office hold a seminar on the Russian-Finland cooperation and interfacing of TACIS and INTERREG programs November, 20-21.The seminar is intended for those involved in realization of projects, which are international relative to the newly independent states (CIS countries) and their west neighbors.

Representatives from Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Moldavia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Roumania will take part in the seminar.
