$ 14 million is required for reconstruction of Pulkovo-2 International Airport till the end of the year.

Reconstruction of Pulkovo-2 is to be finished by the spring 2003. The total value of the project is $ 55-60 million. The first stage of the reconstruction is to be completed in the spring 2002. The reconstruction aims to increase the airport's capacity almost two times, to 1.8 thou. passengers per hour. Also an international passenger terminal will be built according to international standards, customs areas of “Take-Off” and “Arrival” pavilions expanded, a boarding gallery built and the forth ladder for boarding and landing of passengers introduced.
