Applications for participation in competition to chose a designer for complex reconstruction works of the Mariinsky Theatre and the East Wing of the General Staff are allowed to be submitted till December 28.

The winner will be awarded a contract for developing project documentation that comprise changing of electric, heating and water supply systems, fire and burglar alarm, air conditioning system and restoration of interior elements. It is planned to reorganize the stage and storage facilities in the Mariinsky Theatre as well.

When submitting an application, a company has to confirm its sufficient qualification to carry out such designing (relevant licenses, personnel qualification, description of similar projects executed by the firm, testimonials, booklets, etc.).

To make more competitive offers design companies are allowed to cooperate.
