Technical and economical assessment of the world's first floating nuclear heat power plant is performed by St. Petersburg JSC Atomenergo. The plant is designed for the State Russian Centre of Nuclear Shipbuilding in Severodvinsk. Investments in building - $160 millions - are estimated to be paid back at existing tariffs for power.
