The German MC-Bauchemie, which specialises in production of construction chemistry materials has joined its efforts with the Russian leading producer of dry construction mixes Otli (PLITONIT brand). The German share in the enterprise is 60%, Russian – 40%.
According to Director General of MC-Bauchemie Russia Alexander Mondrus, the company goals not only to preserve its position on the Petersburg and regional market, but also to win a bigger share by means of quality improving and expending of its assortment. At present the share of the company on the regional market of dry mixes is 25%. Director General of the project "MC-Bauchemie Russia" Hans Wiehn considers the buying potential to be unlimited. According to Alexander Mondrus the company plans to reach $75m turnover by 2007.
