The organizers are Lenexpo Exhibition Company and Nurnberg Global Fairs GmbH. The event is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of Russian Federation, the Administration of St. Petersburg, the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

More than 160 companies from Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Germany, Denmark, India, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russian, Slovenia, Ukraine, Czechia, South Korea will present their produce in Pavilions No.2,3 of the exhibition complex.

Events during the exhibition:

- International beverage tasting contest of beer, non-alcoholic drinks and mineral waters;

- International contest between the suppliers of row materials for the beer and non-alcoholic industry;

- International contest between the producers of equipment for the beer and non-alcoholic industry;

- International competition "Beer and Other Drinks Design. Company style 2002".

In the network of the exhibition "Brew and Beverage Industry. Beer Auction 2002" the third exhibition "Water" will be also held. It will present mineral water and everything for its purification and production.
