The privatization plan is to be prepared in a month. Pribaltiyskaya Hotel is located on the Gulf on Finland, near the largest exhibition hall Lenexpo. It is a modern 12-storey building, constructed by Scandinavian workers in 1976-1979. Administration of St. Petersburg owns 100% of the hotel stock. The hotel has conference rooms with all the necessary equipment. All 1200 hotel rooms, including 1140 single and double, 40 de lux and 20 two-storeyed apartments are equipped with conditioners, telephones, TV-sets with satellite broadcasting, and minibars.
