St. Petersburg-based brewery Tinkoff plans to begin production at a $10 million brewery in the town of Pushkin in the Leningrad region in September. The planned monthly capacity of the plant would be 1.5 million 0.33-litre bottles in the first stage. Tinkoff also operates one restaurant in St. Petersburg and one in Moscow.
