The amount of transaction is equal to several millions dollars. According to Anatoly Listvinsky, Peterlink Manager General, Peterlink is negotiating the sale with three companies. One of them is Petersburg based Peterstar which has been seizing the Internet providing market since the middle of 2000. Two other telecommunication companies represent Moscow business.

“The negotiations have been conducted for some time now but it is too early to draw any conclusions. At some points, we received several takeover offers in a week”, Mr. Listvinsky comments. “Good price is not the only condition, as the present company’s owners care about its future destiny".
