Investors group “Inversiones Gelerales del Baltico” (Spain) and the St. Petersburg Administration signed a contract on developing the territory of the Russian Science Center “Applied Chemistry” on Malaya Neva embankment.
A competition for the “chemical” plot on Malaya Neva embankment began on the eve of the year. A number of claimants took part in the competition, among them authorities attached to president and famous ballet-master Boris Eifman. According to investors calculations, each project worth amounted to approximately $300 million.
