Upon the decision of the all-shareholders meeting of “Moscow Independent Media Corporation” ltd., the authority of top executive Yevgeniy Kiselev is revoked today before-term.

The decision was announced by Pavel Chernovalov, head of Liquidation Commission created for “Moscow Independent Media Corporation” ltd., upon the end of today-held shareholders’ meeting.

According to his words, the decision is taken “de-jure” because in fact Yevgeny Kiselev does not already execute the duties of company’s manager.

Nevertheless Kiselev is considered responsible for the company’s assets before the act of property tranfer.
