The rating agency " Standard and Poor's " has informed about increase of a long-term credit rating of Saint-Petersburg after increase of ratings of the Russian Federation. The forecast: "Stable". " Positive tendencies in realization of a politics of the Russian Federation promote the general improvement economic and a financial position of Saint-Petersburg ", - has noted credit analyst of " Standard and Poor's " Elena Okorochenko. In first half of 2002 essential economic growth is marked and, as consequence, growth of incomes of the city budget.
