Governor of Saint Petersburg Vladimir Jakovlev by way of the legislative initiative has directed to city parliament a bill " About modifying in the law " About the order of application of the simplified system of the taxation and the accounts for subjects of small business in Saint Petersburg ". The purpose of the project - to correspond law currently in force since June, 11, 1996 to norms of the federal legislation.

Realization of the project will not entail material expenditures, and also necessity of modification for other normativno-legal certificates. Coming the bill into effect will allow to increase incomes of the city budget by the sum 200 million roubles per one year.
