International seminar, devoted to activity of the criminal-executive system, will be held in Saint Petersburg from September, 9 till September, 11.

About 100 participants of a seminar from various regions of Russia, Germany, Finland, the Great Britain, Switzerland, the USA will discuss moral-ethical aspects of activity of heads of state penitentiaries.

The program of the seminar is constructed on alternation of performances of participants and the following practical studies. Besides visiting of the maximum-security corrective colony N4 in Fornosovo village of Leningrad Region is planned. In this colony there are prisoners who ignore an order of state penitentiary and orders of employees of criminal-executive system. Such choice isn’t casual, because the main object of the seminar - to determine and to exchange the expirience in the contol of the special contingent.
