Competition annually is carried out by edition of magazine "Finance of Russia" at participation of Interbank business club "Banker", Association of regional banks of Russia and the Business Centre of Commercial and Industrial chamber of the Russian Federation.

A task of the competition is to reveal the most perfect standarts of servicing clients by banks, to show a high level of service and culture of credit establishments.

Definition of winners of competition is carried out by expert council on the following criteria: reliability of bank, a bank infrastructure, bank technologies, an information openness, business reputation and observance of norms of the current legislation, a degree of service.

Awards will be handed over to the "Bank of high culture of service" October, 30 in Moscow.
