November, 19 Association of Petersburg realtors will hold the round table on theme: ”Realtors and state: cooperation or confrontation?” As press-secretary of Association Tatjana Demicheva has informed, action will promote the dialog between government and professional Association of realtors. Recommendation of professionals can be rational basis of laws, regulating market.

On opinion of managers of the companies, included in Association of Saint Petersburg realtors, now it is important to create effective mechanisms of investment attraction in construction, protection of investors’ rights, regulation of mortgage lending. These and other problems and ways of their decision will be discussed by the participants of the round table – managers and leading specialists and also representatives of Legislative Assembly and Petersburg License Chamber.
