November, 18, answering journalists’ questions, the governor of St. Petersburg Vladimir Jakovlev has declared, that most likely, on Monday the law "About the budget of Saint Petersburg for 2003" will be signed. As he said, in the evening he was going "to work with the documents received the day before". Jakovlev motivated the decision that "deputies are deprived of the collective amendment, and the address help will be spent on an accomplishment of houses and other needs".
