Yesterday in Saint Petersburg the working meeting of the Chairman of Government of Open Society "Gazprom" Alexey Miller and the governor of Leningrad Region Vladimir Serdjukov was held. Results of this meeting can be characterized as the beginning of realization of North-European gas pipe line.

The sides have coordinated the route of gas pipe line along Leningrad region (extent of the line will make 568 kms), and also a place of compressor station - in area of a bay "Portovaja" at coast of the gulf of Finland.

A.Miller and V.Serdjukov also have broached the theme about realization of the Agreement on cooperation between Open Society "Gazprom" and administration of Leningrad Region and the address program of construction of gasification objects in the territory of this region.
