The president of Yakutia Vyacheslav Shtyrov and the governor of Saint Petersburg Vladimir Jakovlev have signed the Agreement between republic and Saint Petersburg about trade and economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation for 2002-2006.
Before ceremony of signing Vyacheslav Shtyrov met with business circles of Saint Petersburg. On meeting questions of ability to live in conditions of Arctic regions and the problem of revival of Northern sea way were discussed.
