The Russian experts on certification of beer and distillery production acquainted with methods of tasting on the brewing company "Baltika" (Saint Petersburg). As the press-service of the company informed, December 16-22 in Saint Petersburg the All-Russia educational-practical seminar for experts on certification of beer and distillery production on theme "Organoleptic methods of the analysis of beer and distillery production". Experts took part in the seminar from all Russia: from Astrakhan, Saratov, Omsk, Arkhangelsk and other cities. December, 17 participants of the seminar visited the St. Petersburg factory of the brewing company "Baltika" where they got acquainted with advanced methods of realization of sensory estimation of beer quality. Methods of organoleptic testing used by the company are unique: in Russia today nobody else uses them. Advanced western techniques in combination with tool methods of the analysis allow to carry out the full control of quality of production.
