As the press-service of the Saint Petersburg administration informed, with a view to provide with stable work of urban passenger vehicle and according to the order of city administration from December, 31, 2002 N 2726-đà "About tariffs for a trip in passenger vehicle", since January, 1, 2003 in Saint Petersburg the following fare is introduced: on social routes of ground passenger vehicle in buses (except for suburban routes), trolley buses and trams at a rate of 6 roubles; in underground - 7 roubles for one trip or transportation of single package. Cost of all kinds of durable travel documents (except for nonexpendable underground magnetic cards) according to the given order does not change till August, 15, 2003.
