St. Petersburg Property Fund will auction 4,220 common stocks (100% stock capital) of Mostspetsmontazh on January 29, 2003, sources with the Fund say. The starting price stands at 1.8 mln rbl. The company deals with construction, rebuilding and repair of artificial structures. On the same date, the Fund will put up for sale 107 common registered stocks (18.5% stock capital) of Vitafarm (drug and medical tools sales, 125,900 rbl starting price); 43,832 common registered stocks (50% stock capital) in Smolninskoye Co. (wholesale, retail trading, 1.1 mln starting price) and 270 common registered stocks (49% stock capital) of the International Cooperation Center (market research, consulting services, 550,000 rbl starting price).
