CBR St. Petersburg Branch has sealed the 5th issue of Petro-Aero-Bank stocks, worth 800,000 rbl, the bank says. The bank is planning to place 8,000 common non-documentary registered stocks with 100 rbl par at 5,000 rbl per stock by open offer. Today's stock capital amounts to 29.9 mln rbl split into 299,000 common stocks with 100 rbl par. It will grow 3% to 30.7 mln rbl after the placement.
