Baltika, the brewing company, is participating in ANUGA, the world food exhibition, which opened in Cologne over the weekend. The company's 80-square-metre exhibit space is fitted with two bars offering a complete assortment of Baltika brand beers (11 in all) and Parnas and Medovoye brandies.
As it was reported earlier,in August Baltika became the first Russian brewery to take part in the International Beer Festival in Berlin. Over the three days of that festival, the firm served up more than 2,000 litres of Baltika beer and drew more than 4,000 visitors to its space.
The ANUGA exhibition is held every other year. It drew 164,440 visitors from 148 countries in 2001. This year's festival has the participation of 6,205 exhibitors from 105 countries.
