Nevtransterminal Ltd. has acquired nearly 100 hectares of land in the town of Shushary to construct a logistics terminal.

The investor has to pay $27 million for having the construction rights, while the total cost of the project is $107 million. The joint area of the two allotments given to Nevtransterminal in the uninhabited zones 2 and 7 in Shushary zone is 93 hectares. The market value of the land is $27 million. Apart from this, the company is obliged to resettle three apartments at its own expense in an emergency house in Shushary as an investment side condition.
