Austrian-Spanish Credit Invest International is planning to build a timber factory in Karelia. The Karelian government's press service told journalists that the question of the new factory was discussed by and company representatives.

The company plans to build the timber factory in the Pudozh region of the republic. Chernov expressed an interest in realizing the project and instructed the government to agree to finance terms. He said that similar construction projects involving foreign investment in Karelia have been very effective.
