The Property Foundation of the Leningrad region is preparing to sell the regional shares held by five enterprises.

Equities of four of the enterprises will be put up for auction at the end of March. Vasily Batyanov, the Chairperson of the Property Fund, said that in particular a package of 0.3 percent of the North-West Registration Unit would be offered for sale, as well as a package for 17 percent of the open joint-stock company Stroidetal and 4.5 percent of the open joint-stock company Baltinvestbank. These shares will be sold through an auction.
