Two St. Petersburg software-design companies have reached contracts with their German partners.
‘PROMT’ company has signed a distribution contract worth 200 thousand Euros with the German firm ‘Trade Up’ to supply its translating software. Furthermore, ‘Reksoft’ company has also put itself on record by making a perpetual agreement with the German company ‘Arvato Systems GmbH’ that deals with outsorting. The contracts were concluded immediately after the show ‘CeBit-2004’ took place in Hanover not long ago.
The exhibit racks displayed 21 company from Russia, the Ukraine and Byelorussia, including 11 companies from St. Petersburg. Mikhail Kanichev, the Sales Manager of ‘PROMT’ company told ‘Delovoy Peterburg’ that the company’s participation in the ‘CeBit-2004’ show had not only helped it sign the contract with ‘Trade Up’, but also had enabled to start the partnership talks with the IT-Department of the NÀÒÎ headquarters. No further details were made available about which field of activity these companies would deal in.
