Amsterdam, August 30, 2004, -- E-learning solutions provider NetDimensions Limited today announced the availability of Greek and Russian language support for the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP): the learning management system (LMS) chosen by four of the world's largest financial institutions.
The localization work was performed by NetDimensions' newest distribution partners in Europe: Compact S.A. in Greece and CSSeTrain in Russia. This brings the total number of local versions to 22. Remarkably the translation of EKP into Russian was completed in only three weeks, compelling evidence of the ease with which the learning management system can be localized for any audience in any location.
Established Greek training consultancy Compact looked at many competing products before choosing NetDimensions as its learning management system business partner.
"We selected NetDimensions' LMS, the Enterprise Knowledge Platform, because of its ease of use, flexibility, fast implementation, very easy localization and, last but not least, the pricing advantage," said Kostas Kadis, Compact's Managing Director. "All of these without any compromise on product quality or the range of features built into the software make EKP a very competitive product for us to offer to Greek companies," he added.
Meanwhile, in Russia, St. Petersburg-based Russian solutions integrator CSSeTrain, cited similar reasons for selecting NetDimensions as its LMS partner. It was CSSeTrain that translated EKP into Russian in only three weeks, proving that the localization process can be rapidly completed and justifying their decision to partner with NetDimensions.
According to Ms. Galina Vologzhanina, Marketing Manager at CSSeTrain: "Our partnership with NetDimensions allows us to offer our clients a new and unique solution for learning management. EKP is truly a flexible and scalable learning solution. This is a real eye-opener for the Russian e-learning market today. By providing local support, we can guarantee a reliable solution to our customers. In addition, we are impressed with the experience, knowledge and reliability of the entire NetDimensions team."
