OOO Amtelshinprom, official trader for OOO Amtel Holding, will raise 200 mln rbl with OAO Bank Menatep St.-Petersburg for a year. The rate is 15% on year, Amtelshinprom said.

Amtelshinprom EGM has approved the decision on attracting revocable loan line today, Oct. 29.

Amtel-Chernozemie where Amtel holding is the only holder, provides guarantee.

Amtel enterprises made 11.9 mln tyres in 2003, aggregate revenues equalled $383 mln.
