Finnish technology centre operator Technopolis announced Thursday it had signed a letter of intent for acquiring a 4.6 hectare land area near St Petersburg's Pulkovo airport.
The land is to be used for building an 80,000 square metre technology centre. According to Technopolis the deal is to be completed provided the results of a closer assessment of the land area produce acceptable results. Assessment is due to take one month.
The value of the deal was not disclosed in the statement.
