Russian regional operator Smart Telecom, which focuses on corporate subscribers in St Petersburg, has expanded its presence in the quarter of Pulkovo international airport. The operator has started providing services for three business centres and for the Four Seasons Hotel there. Smart Telecom offers telephone and internet connection services, as well as VPN services.
