The Immofinanz Group is about to draw the funds under the Loan Agreement for the Shushary logistics facility in St. Petersburg with Rosbank. Elena Sheveleva, Deputy Regional Coordinator of Rosbank in St. Petersburg, comments on the deal: ”We see recovery in the demand for investment financing along with stabilisation in the global money market. Rosbank is continuing to grow its corporate credit portfolio in St. Petersburg, cooperating not only with the largest companies in the North-West Region, but also in the European Union. This large-scale deal with Immofinanz confirms the bank’s focus.”
The Shushary logistics centre has been part of the Immofinanz portfolio since 2008. This class A property with 41,300 sqm of rentable space has a favourable geographical location with good connections to Pulkovo Airport. Shushary is fully let to uehne+Nagel, Agrotorg and NLC.
