Russia property developer and building materials group LSR has started construction and pre-sales on a new residential mass-market complex in St. Petersburg.
The new complex - Kvartet - will have a total area of around 107,000 sq m built on the land plot of 6.2 ha in the Moskovsky district.
The new complex will consist of four 25-storey houses comprising 2000 one, two and three-room apartments. All the apartments will be transferred to customers fitted-out.
The whole project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2017.
